National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus |
Fr. Chester is the past president of the National Black
Catholic Clergy Caucus (NBCCC). All members of the
Bowman Francis Team are members of the NBCCC, a
national fraternal brotherhood organization of bishops,
priests, deacons, and seminarians of African decent
whose goal is to build a strong network amongst its
members for purposes of enriching the lives of
parishioners participating in each clergyman's
ministerial programs.
